Synopsis
The first big film director to embrace television, Alfred Hitchcock became a household name with his twisted mix of mystery, murder and droll humor. From the trademark profile Hitchcock drew of himself to the skewering of his sponsors, audiences responded by making the series one of the most popular and long-running in television history. In four episodes directed by the Master of Suspense himself, Wendell Corey isn't the only snake his partner has to worry about in "Poison." Arrogant sleuth Vincent Price is looking for "The Perfect Crime," even if he has to commit it himself. Cruise passenger Keenan Wynn gambles with his life in a "Dip in the Pool." And a henpecked husband strikes a blow for freedom, unaware that he has "One More Mile to Go."
